All lifts supplied and installed by Octagon-BKG come with a range of standard assurances:

• 12 Months parts and labour warranty.
• Emergency lighting.
• Emergency telephone complete with a 24 hour service number (should the need arise).
• All hydraulic lifts come standard with emergency lowering in the event of a power failure.
• Scheduled maintenance servicing:
  Depending on the final selection there is a standard range of aesthetically pleasing cabin and
  entrance finishes. Should you require a specific customised finish we would be happy to work with
  your architect or interior designer.
