After this activity you will be able to do the following

  • Report threatening or suspicious phone calls promptly to the appropriate person, in accordance with enterprise procedures


The accordance states that any threatening or suspicious phone callsshould be reported to your supervisor immediatly.

You should take note of the clients' name and the client number, as well as the time of the call. Record as much information as you can.

If possible, redirect your call to your supervisor and allow him/her to deal with the call in an appropriate manner.
