  • Answer calls promptly, clearly and politely in accordance with enterprise standards.

When you answer the phone at home, how do you answer? You usually state your name or phone number to confirm that the person who is ringing you has the correct number. The same with SWISH. The accordance states that you should answer the phone with the following line:

Good afternoon, welcome to SWISH, this is Tracy, how may I help you.
